Solution description :

1,Host

The main machine adopts an oil cylinder bottom-mounted main machine. The tensile space is located above the main machine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam of the main machine and the workbench.

2,Hydraulic system (piano-type oil source)

2.1 -Hydraulic principle

As shown in Figure 2, it is a load-adaptive oil inlet throttle speed regulation system.

The hydraulic oil in the tank drives the high-pressure pump through the motor and enters the oil circuit. It flows through the one-way valve, 10μ high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve group, and proportional valve before entering the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the proportional valve to control the opening and direction of the proportional valve, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinder and achieving control of constant velocity test force, constant velocity displacement, etc.

2.2-Features: 1) Using a high-pressure pump with low noise and stable pressure

                       2) The integrated design of the power system and the operating console facilitates operation and saves experimental space.

The fully digital closed-loop measurement and control system has many advanced features and technological innovations, mainly reflected in:
